Children 😇 can be the owners of the apartment, regardless of age, but can they dispose of property and sign the relevant documents?
 ⠀
Yes, minors from 14 to 18 years old have the full right to take part in the transaction, enter into an agreement on their name, sign in documents, but only with the written consent of parents ❗ and guardianship bodies
 ⠀
 - Children under 14 can not take part in real estate transactions, for them do legal representatives.  They also put a signature in the contract.
 ⠀
 - Minors can participate in the transaction in two cases:
✅ When parents want to include a child in a contract or make an agreement on it.
✅ When this is due to the decision of the guardianship and the guardianship by the release of the share, the acquisition of a new apartment in return, where the owner was a child.
 ⠀
 - All real estate transactions involving a child under Art.  177 of the Family Code of Ukraine, under the certification of the contract in the notary, it is necessary to provide permission from state care bodies.
 ⠀
 - Independently disposed of property. A person can only be adult.
 ⠀
However, there are exceptions here:
📌 Children aged 16 can independently conclude transactions, provided that they lead their business and have registration in the state register of legal entities and entrepreneurs.
