From March of 2021года in Ukraine the program " started the Accessible mortgage" interest rate of 7% annual for the term of 20! She spreads to the real estate, both in new building and at the secondary market  in Order to get a mortgage now unnecessarily to be not housing account, to be young family or worker of budgetary sphere. The program is accessible for any Ukrainian. ⠀
For this purpose it is needed:
✅ to be the citizen of Ukraine
✅ in private ownership for you or your family members there must not be the real estate of -площадь that more than 50 sq.m. on one man or family from two persons and 20 sq.m. - on every next family
✅ member the first payment - 15%
✅ the gross income of family for the last half-year must not exceed in ten and more than times the size of monthly middle salary
✅ age of borrower upon the maturity of mortgage loan date must not exceed 70
✅ a borrower and family members can get encouragement only on one mortgage loan ⠀
