Inheritance is the most complex guidelines.  Consider a non-obvious risk that can be of great importance.

When the inheritance in the will, the people about which in the will are not said in the will are obligatory.  Many and do not suggest such the topic as the mandatory share of disabled dependents.

So, disabled are considered:

Students up to 23 years old, men after 60 years, and women after 59 years

 ✅ care for native

Heirs of the first and second stage, older than 18 years, who are cared for not recent 14, children, brothers, sisters, grandchildren of the deceased inheritant.

 ✅ for health
Medical and social expertise has established disability

 ✅ dependency

These are those who kept the deceased inheritator, assisted, which was the only source of income.  And it may even be those who have more income (pension, alimony, etc.)

Disable people who have received the content lifelong with dependency under the contract of rent, are not included in the circle of these heirs.

And remember ❗ than fresh inheritance, the greater the risks.
