Cancel pension collection

In Ukraine, 🇺🇦 cancel the pension collection at the first purchase of housing.
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on September 23, 2020 approved the abolition of a pension collection at the first purchase of housing 🏢 and determined the procedure for exemption from paying a pension collection.
Recall that earlier each property buyer had to pay a retirement collection in the amount of 1️⃣% of the purchase amount.

 ☝ From now on, the notarial certificate of the contract of sale will be carried out without confirming the reference to pay a pension collection, if the buyer confirms that he has not previously entered the ownership of housing, and in particular:

 ✅ did not buy an apartment earlier
 ✅ did not privatized her
 ✅ did not accept as a gift
 ✅ not inherited
 ✅ Located for housing.

Even from the buyer 💰 will require an extract from the state registry of real rights to immovable property about the lack of ownership of ownership of housing, as well as a certificate from the place of residence 🏡.
