Instruction how to arrange land

Today, the main condition for the officialization of the status of the land owner 🌳 is the assignment of the cadastral number, and the pledge of the protection of your property is to introduce data to the state register of real rights to real estate.
What is needed for this and how to do it:
✅ Step 1️⃣.
There must be a cadastral number. This is the identification code of the Earth, without which it is impossible to carry out any legal operations with the site. In order to get it, refer to the developer of land management documentation for the manufacture of technical documentation for the establishment of the boundaries of the site.
✅ Step 2️⃣.
Cadastral number is assigned. It consists of 19 digits. After this, go to the Adminussulug Reminted Center or Notary.
✅ Step 3️⃣.
Now you need to register the site. For this you need to submit a package of documents: a passport and a document, which is the basis for the occurrence of ownership of the area (State Act for land ownership, the contract of sale, the court decision, the certificate of inheritance)
✅ Step 4️⃣.
After 5 days, you receive an extract from the state register of the rights about the state registration of ownership of the land plot and you are a full owner
