The myth of economy

Some buyers of new buildings elect such a strategy: they will call all real estate agencies, the realtors of these agencies will show the object, advise at the price, and after, bypassing the realtor, go to the developer's office directly, in order to "save".  Actually:

1️⃣ Almost all developers cooperate with real estate agencies.  What does this mean for you?  👉 They themselves will pay a real estate for advice and maintain your transaction.

2️⃣ The developer does not make the difference in the apartment - you will come with a realtor or one.  Therefore, at the cost of the apartment it will not affect you.

3️⃣ Not all, but there are realtors who provide their buyers gifts in the form of payment of moving, cleaning the apartment after repair, discounts on repairs from partners, etc.  We have an ESTATE agent for gifts for its buyers.

4️⃣ No developer will not call you the cons of their projects.  No one will tell you how to live today to buyers who previously purchased the apartment.  And it is unlikely to voice the claims they received from shareholders.  But an experienced realtor is the storehouse of these knowledge.
