✔️ Before getting the keys to the apartment, you need to check its condition and only then sign the act-reception - a document confirming that the apartment fully suits you and no complaints about the developer.

✔️ paper and handle - to fix comments.
✔️ pencil / chalk and scotch - to mark shortcomings directly on the walls.
✔️ lighter - to check the ventilation and crack.
✔️ Rule and Roulette - To measure the distance and make sure the floor and walls.
✔ Do not forget the contract, it is there that you need to check the characteristics.

✔️ door should open freely

Walls, ceilings, doorways:
✔️ should not be wet spots, cracks
✔️ irregularities of the walls should not exceed 5 mm
✔️ Deviation of walls vertically no more than 15mm
✔ ✔ Deviation of the ceiling horizontally not more than 20 mm
✔️ Deviation of openings vertically no more than 10mm
✔️ ceiling height must comply with the contract
✔️ screed should not crumble and have air bubbles

Window:
✔️ The number of double-glazed windows must comply with the contract
No cracks
✔️ All gaps are closed by foam
✔️ double packs tightly adjacent to the frame

Loggia:
✔️ the same items that for windows
✔️ checking the flaps to be fixed along the entire length
✔️ Reliability of the position of the sash in the frame

Counters:
✔️ Electro-meter and water meter
✔️ When receiving a passport to the meter, check the testimony
