Need:
✅ Conclude a security agreement with the protection organ of cultural heritage. This is a document that lists the objects of protection and preserving the building, the obligations to contain a monument in proper condition, to use exclusively for its intended purpose.
✅ When selling real estate, agree to alienation in the Department of Protection of Cultural Heritage Objects. According to the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Cultural Heritage", the state has the right to priority acquisition.
Prohibited without coordination with the protection authority of the cultural heritage:
To carry out the reconstruction of the apartment
❌ Violate the holistic look at home
❌ Conduct works that create a threat to building damage
change the facade of the house (i.e. to change windows on the MPO, install air conditioning and satellite plate)
❌ Repair work inside the apartment: replacement of the heating system, transfer of the water supply, partial demolition of the wall, transfer of the doorway - all this should be coordinated
And remember that the violation of these rules entails penalties and administrative sanctions to criminal punishment (Article 298 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine)
