➡️ From July 1, 2021, only individuals who are citizens of Ukraine will be able to buy land.  The maximum size is 100 hectares per person.

 ➡️ From January 1, 2024, along with the individuals, the land will be able to buy legal entities whose owners are Ukrainians.  At the same time, the maximum purchase size can be 10,000 hectares.

 ➡️ Foreigners (individuals and legal entities) will be able to acquire land only in the case of a positive vote at the All-Ukrainian referendum.
 ⠀
 ➡️ Ownership of land plots of agricultural assets can also purchase banks (in the order of withdrawing as a subject of collateral).  At the same time, banks must sell areas within two years after receiving them to property.

Of course, around this law there is a lot of ambiguity and disputes do not subside, but what result he will bring - time will show.
